Okay guys.
I'm going to visit my parents today to do laundry.
Somehow they always have all the junk I love on hand. I always cave and eat everything whenever I'm over. I guess we'll see what happens. I've already told my husband not to let me eat anything. Heck, I think I'm going to bring my own food to make for lunch! My mom usually has wraps & cold cuts on hand, so maybe I'll make a sandwich. Augh. It's so hard!
I made Tom's favorite for dinner last night, skinny chicken enchiladas. (he may or may not have done a happy dance in the kitchen when I told him what we were having) Seriously, these are restaurant quality. So delicious! They're only about 160 calories per enchilada to boot. I'm an eater and I'm content eating 2. Serious fiber, though. Be prepared for that. I try to eat a lot of fiber everyday, so it's not bad for me, but it can... clog those who aren't used to heavy fiber..or the opposite of clog. haha!
So technically today is rest day #2 in the 10 day set (another 5 days after today of intense hour-long zumba workouts) But for a little extra encouragement to myself to not eat at the parents, I'm going to do just a 20 minute DVD.
I will go ahead and pat myself on the back and tell you that I've lost 5lbs! (mind you, that was all vacation weight... technically I lost 9lbs this week. My body gains fast but loses fast too, if I don't let the weight sit there for too long. My friend only gained 3 and we ate the same foods. *shrug*) So that leaves me with 25 to lose in 5 months! That should be doable, as long as I keep up with everything.
