My hamster, Robin, is eating while she sleeps. The good life, huh?
So yesterday I had a tough time getting through my hour workout (sometimes you're just not feeling Rush) and today I'm sort of dreading Exhilarate. Oh well. My new theory is, even if I have to half-ass the workout, I need to get THROUGH it. I tend to start, and as soon as I'm like "meh." or I'm feeling tired, I stop. No more!!!
My bestie (who teams up with me, long-distance, to workout) was is pmsing and text me saying "I'm just gonna walk and do flat abs." I told her no! She will be so proud of herself for making it through our 10 day program. We tend to be pretty compassionate in our accountability, so that was another thing I knew needed to change. Long story short, she hates me now but she did it ;) She'll do the same to me when I'm complaining of fatigue, too. It'll be great.
Okay time to workout before I don't. Eesh, then bestie would really hate me!!
