I'm Becky.
Here we are again, I suppose I should say.
If you take a look at my other blogs, you'll see I have 3 (now) about weightloss and 1 about my dog. I think I got about 3 months with him before neglecting that one. Honestly, I do enjoy blogging. But life happens and times get busy. I forget to or procrastinate for so long, I honestly forget. Whoops.
Well this time it's going to be different because there is an END GOAL.
!OH GLORIOUS END GOAL!
So, anywayyyy... I named this blog Skinny Minnie for a reason. Not because I will ever be one. Because my husband and I are going to Disney World in January for our "2nd anniversary, Hubs Bday, V-day, 3rd date-versary" and I want to look good. Better than I did on my honeymoon. So I have 5 months to lose (ideally) 30-40lbs. 40 is a CRAZY goal and so I'm going to attempt to shoot for 30. 40 is my all time weight-loss goal.
Confession time.
I am a stress eater, I eat for comfort.
I am a boredom eater, I eat to pass the time.
I am an impulse eater. If I'm craving something, it's hard for me to say no. Or if I'm with other people.
I have lost 60lbs before and I can do it again.
How?
Zumba.
Water
Eat less than 1000 calories a day(more on that later)
No booze (no promises.)
This has always been my way to success. I'll do it again! And hopefully, chart my progress.
I just got back from vacation so I have some extra weight to lose on top of the rest. Thankfully after one day of being "good" I'm back to my (ugh) starting weight. Prior to vacay I had lost 6lbs! I'm hoping to be back there by the end of the week.
Presently I'm doing a "10 day Zumba set" if you know the DVDs, here's what I'm doing:

21- Exhilarate
22- Cardio Party/Flat Abs
23- rest
24- rest
25- Toning/Flat Abs
26- Exhilarate
27- Flat Absx2/Rush
28- Exhilarate
29- Activate/ Flat Abs

Okayyyy sooo yeah. I'm gonna eat my dinner now!
